Nothing in Cuba is no longer connected to the nation's development plans. We continue to face the cruelest of incense blockade; interference policy that does not let us live in peace or prove ourselves There are people who believe that the blockade is a fallacy; a lie and incidentally a justification to hide our own inadequacies in the management of national resources
Some say; not without bad intentions that the blockade that surrounds us really is the internal one; son of bureaucracy and bad policies; but if the economic, commercial and financial blockade is not lifted we will never really know how far we can go
Can you imagine a day without blockade?
Well .. I have to be honest friends; It will be because I was born blocked and it is as if it were a (fate) for all Cubans
A kind of scarlet letter as an imperialist punishment for defending sovereignty and self-determination; pride and dignity at any cost and it has cost us quite a bit, that's true; Numbers say everything; only that the blockade is not a story of numbers but of people The whole country lives and suffers it Something unites us all, and we want our country to never renounce equity; social justice; safety ; free health and education But we also long for a prosperous country where some people do not feel the need to emigrate in search of a better future and where there is every day a reason to stay and dream; to live ; to feel and think about the country I too would like a more cultured country; more educated ; with more transportation; less paperwork; less tail; with a single coin that is worth what it has to be worth so that my salary is what it should be As I also need a country without pressure from outside without the stalking on the ships that come loaded with fuel; nor about companies and banks that want to negotiate with us because it seems advantageous or because they feel like it I need a country where there is no need to manage the economy tied up and down because what happens in my house, which is very difficult to distribute what little we have and also ensure that everyone is satisfied In short, I am one of the millions of Cubans who want a more prosperous country, a better country without this meaning lowering our heads or giving up friends A country without a blockade and I believe that all Cubans deserve that country
